Zelenskyy is in the US to try and bring a stop to a war between .ua and .ru.

However, whatever he says encounters this:

"Nothing is agreed until I approve it". The words, of course, of one Donald J. Trump - eager to get himself a Nobel Peace Prize.

Cunt.

Bring on the BBO.

For the new Year, let's come up with the best names for the US Navy's pair of Trump Class battleships.

I open with a couple of suggestions:
* USS Dunning Cruiser - geddit?
* USS Elbonia - one for the military buffs there.

Well... https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/202 ... a-vaccines
“She’s an all-around ideologue who starts off with her conclusions and works backwards to retrofit the evidence in a very disingenuous, dishonest way,” Howard said.

Høeg joined other contrarians, like Marty Makary, Vinay Prasad and Jay Bhattacharya, in sharply criticizing the handling of the Covid pandemic, particularly vaccination; they’ve all been given high-profile positions in the Trump administration.

“They’re totally consolidating power, these Covid contrarians,” Howard said. “Everything that’s happening now is a direct consequence of rage and anger over Covid mitigations. These people are furious – livid that their genius wasn’t acknowledged. So they’re on kind of a revenge tour.”

Trump might just die soon. He’s 80 years old and despite the bullshit medical reports, he isn’t in the best of health.

I’ve been thinking about 1963, and the visceral shock that engulfed the whole of the USA with the news of the murder of JFK. I was four years old at the time but I have a distinct memory of the huge impact of the tragic news in this country and no doubt in the wider world.

Now imagine the reaction if/when Trump suddenly turns up his toes. I can’t imagine it being anything other than a vast collective sigh of relief, if not actually dancing in the streets of Manhattan. No doubt there’d be a real-life Death of Stalin scenario playing out, featuring Shady Vance and Trump’s idiot sons. But I can’t say I’m not looking forward to it.

If that happened, Vance would have very little authority. He was appointed as a Yes Man, not as someone durable enough to maintain MAGA. He'd get challenged by the junior Trumps, all the worst Republican politicians and about half the MAGA media.

How many presidents have died in office of natural causes though? Google says four, the last being FDR. I'd suggest the shock of Kennedy's death came from the assassination.

I don't think you'll see Trump die any time soon. Remember, he has a level of health care that no mere American can ever hope to aspire to - and also, America loves its political dynasties so expect a Trump Jr. to carry the flag if he did.

Either that, or there'll be an AI-generated Trump that's never seen outdoors...
