The article does state who is being warned and why? Are there masses of people in Pig Hill who go in every day clutching their £1.30 and who will now find themselves a shilling short?

Waitrose staff at a store in Oxford have issued a notice to customers that their free coffee is no longer on offer for the time being because the machines are broken.
The two coffee dispensers at the Botley Road Waitrose have been out of order for about a week, leaving some customers disappointed they can no longer access their free cappuccino or flat white using their Waitrose card.
According to staff, the store is waiting for an engineer to source parts for the coffee machine, which is positioned close to the store's entrance.
