They watered down that when they entered government in 2010.

Jim Hacker was more philosophical when compared to Stalin; "Good, the voters like to know you're in charge."

There's been quite the "Kemi's growing into the role" effort by these pundits, mainly on the back of putting a few Mandelson-flavoured leg stump half volleys to the boundary. But she's not becoming less of a headbanger. Even Farage, when he wants to, can come across as less rabid than she does. It's a strange hill for Badenoch to die on- it's a popular tax on a sector that was flush with cash. That she says this stuff shows she knocks around with think tank goons.

I like Bridget Philpson, she's what we used to call (in gendered language) a bruiser. She doesn't let this sort of shit go.

What's this I see here? Rishi Sunak in April 2024 talking of a big interest in Defence spending. To ... 2.5% in 2030. Did I miss Kemi resigning over this inadequate funding?

Dare I venture that if we are looking for a new leader post-Starmer (though to be clear, I don’t want one), it ought to be Bridget. Not Andy, Wes, Ed, Al, or any of the other posturing twats.

Even in the Tory Party, the knife wielders seldom clinch the crown. And the aforementioned three stooges are staggering around like Halloween's Michael Myers after 20 pints.

Kemi's been shadowing Farage and Lowe for the past six months.

What odds she condemns "too many Africans" in the England football team?

Deluded woman thinks winning one by-election in an oil town, using a 'drill baby, drill' policy, is clear evidence that the entire country is fed up with net zero policies.

Tory byelection victory gives Badenoch vital evidence to justify abandoning net zero

https://www.theguardian.com/politics/20 ... g-net-zero
Speaking at a rally on Friday alongside Lumsden, Badenoch said: “What this means is that we have won that referendum on oil and gas.

“Aberdeen has sent a message to the Labour government and to the SNP that we will not be ignored, Aberdeen will not be ignored, the centre will not be ignored.”
