One of the big issues of that cretinous Leave campaign was the EU taking away our right to eat bendy bananas. Bendy cucumbers was added on to that

Fuck me, this is just awful,

A reminder, this took place in progressive San Francisco. It doesn't matter that Scott Weiner, the person being hounded, is pro-trans nor that he is pro-Palestine; his name is Weiner, and he must be driven out for being impure.

Trans allies welcome, unless they're Jewish.

Also, he wants to build houses, and for people in San Francisco, that's really bad.

I think "You stopped being queer the moment you supported Israel" was my favourite, how about you?

Fun fact: Tel Aviv Pride is the largest in the Middle East.
I'd like ranty man to try that line there and see how that works out for him.

There's nothing worse than movements that demand ideological purity. See also people getting their underwear in a twist when a celeb they like gives an opinion that doesn't 100% mirror their own.

Used to be that such people were at their most dangerous ranting at the cheese counter at Asda - nowadays they have a community thanks to the likes of Facebook & the internet at large.

Tomorrow is the 4th of July in the year the US turns 250, we're going to hear various versions of what that means. For balance, I enjoyed this video. The presenter is an American living in London who self-identifies as a refugee. I think she's rather good, maybe you will too?

Akshully, it's not the 250th anniversary of Y'allistan independence. The 13 colonies each received independence individually with the signing of the Treaty of Paris in 1783. The USA came into being at some point after that.
