I think he expected the Greens and Tories to stand then he could play the card. Instead he has Lawrence Fox and a Comedian called Count Binface.

If the Graun's latest is true - and it reads like it has been lawyered to within an inch of its sanity - Farage and Tice could be facing choppy, judicial waters.

This by-election tomfoolery is increasingly looking like a desperate throw of irrelevant dice.

Does the UK have an extradition treaty with Dubai? Asking for a fiend.

It's certainly attracted Mr. Moorhouse's attention.

Strange: once upon a time Fuckwit Fenton would have been all over stuff like this but not any more.

I will accept Nigel Farage’s request to be appointed Steward and Bailiff of the Manor of Northstead.

It is a farce and a desperate distraction, and the people of Clacton deserve better.

But if he wants to spend the summer arguing with a bin, I won't stop him.
Rachel Reeves. I like her snark.

I see he's getting his attack in early:

https://www.theguardian.com/politics/li ... 9875ed3118

From that:

In his Daily Mail interview, Nigel Farage also claimed that the Commons standards committee, which will impose a punishment if Farage is found to have broken Commons rules, was biased against him.

He said:

"There are people on that standards committee who will judge me, who have reported me for Islamophobia. It is going to be a completely subjective judgement. There’s no objectivity in this."

According to Christian Calgie, who interviewed Farage for the Mail, Reform UK sources are describing the committee as a “kangaroo court”.

It’s almost like it’s difficult to get a fair hearing when you’re an openly corrupt racist or something.

Did I hear Tice or Farage claim the NCA is staffed by law breakers so you can't trust them?
Increasingly desperate is an understatement

Obviously I don't have as many criminal associates as Farage but I really don't think somebody planning a premedicated murder would park their car on their victims drive.

Agreed, I would assume that house had CCTV - even if I was a burglar who didn't know who lived there.

I, for one, remember the days when those floral tributes were dismissed as low-grade virtue signalling.
