Hurricane, Richard, geddit?
It wasn't the article he'd planned. Which would have run something like; England's immigrant off spring are losers just like Starmer and Burnham. Who remembers Bobby Moore and Stanley Matthews? Proper English players.

I'm not entirely sure. He's been running the "Burnham has no mandate" line for a while, and I can see where he's coming from, even if it's bollocks. The rest seems to be tenuously linking vague chatter about other potential returns to the Commons with the Fantasy Football craze of a few years ago, when he could still pass himself off as a blokey 'un-PC' columnist with a sense of the absurd. Rather than the shrivelled, hateful, spiteful cunt we know him to be.

Otherwise, the usual USA-love in, why everything's better over there, and why he was in Florida last weekend. Plus some very dated pop music references.

It's funny that for someone so disparaging of the 'boys in the bubble' and politicians as a whole, and specifically of their remoteness from ordinary people and the lack of interest in (and importance of) anything they do, he doesn't half bang on about them in excruciating detail.

If Burnham wants to be PM, he should stand against Fargle in Clacton.

Not making this shit up, that's Littlejohn's amazing bit of Gordian knot cutting. Along with a lot of reminiscence about the 60s serving as padding.

Also, apparently Fargle got FOAR MILYUN VOATS at the last election, because every vote for his party was one for him personally. This does not apply to anyone else.

Also, no Binface mentions. I'm seriously picturing him (and Dacre) as the New Frontiersman editor and the lazy intern at the end of Watchmen. "We have nothing to write about, and we won't stoop to indulging joke characters". I mean, shouldn't Binface be right up Dickie's alley? Comedy candidate poking fun at the self-important boys in the bubble? Does he file it under coodermaykitup or glorious British eccentricity and sense of humour?

Ah well, still a cunt.
