Out of curiosity - and having heard many mentions of it by his father - I decided to see if there really was a maximum height for soldiers in the US Army which would disqualify Barron Trump.

Basically, as long as your waist to height ratio is under 0.55, you can serve in all branches of the US Army. Don't any of the US air military currently in active service in Iran wonder what the fuck they are doing there and why they are dropping bombs. Why don't they just resign? Airforce pilots I assume would generally be more intelligent than the land and sea military (any old thicko can even be in the SAS, ie Ant Middleton) so in theory would be more likely to critically think. None of them, on their own several thousand feet up, think "why am I doing this- because Trump said so?"
