One of the 'patriots' filmed berating the vicar is James Henry Holmes a bloke I mentioned earlier in this thread. He is a property developer from Sheffield who tried to make his mark in Restore only for Rupert Lowe to tell him where to get off. I think if you are too toxic even for Rupert Lowe you really must be a special kind of scumbag. He seems to specialise in filming people who he argues with and then edits any footage to try and present himself in a good light.

Why would any media outlet describe them as patriots?

It's easier to use their terms than think up a more appropriate one. In the same way that it's easier for police to uphold the right to protest than to do their job properly.

Interesting commitment to the opinions of the many there. What's the betting that would become standard parliamentary majority philosophy if they won power? And doubtless the need for lots of "difficult decisions, which other people aren't clever enough to understand.

I'm enjoying the court coverage of Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate trying to fight extradition to the UK. Their latest wheeze is to claim that they have just been playing characters for the last few years. I do't think such a defence is really going to cut it even in the US. They also seem to be trying to argue that they don't want to be sent to Britain because they would rather go back to Romania to face legal action there!
