The fact that they were covertly recorded and their purchase was intercepted in the US and substituted suggests to me that "the authorities" are taking this seriously.

Did the UK NCA ask the Yanks to intercept the package, or did someone in the US notice a gun was being shipped to a country where such things are illegal and alert the cops, who then contacted the NCA?
Besides which, these idiots aren't the ones going to test centres and vaccination centres and intimidating people. What they did was stupid, but not intended to harass and intimidate, to spread fear and alarm.
A couple of fucknuggets who wanted to protect themselves against a forthcoming breakdown of civilisation which isn't going to happen aren't the danger to the public that the Intimidators are.
If you read my posts above again you'll see you've quoted my response to a completely different story. It's the Intimidators I'm referring to as terrorists, not the thickos who are more of a danger to themselves than to others.
