Looking at projected figures for who's likely to lose healthcare. The states that expanded Medicaid get it worse than those that didn't. Some of the richer blue states might be able to do something about that. But Red states who expanded Medicaid get hit really badly as well. Louisiana, Kentucky aren't wealthy enough to do much about the losses their Senators (with the exception of Rand Paul) have just visited on them.

At least they'll have their nice red hats.
