The middle class pay more tax in lots of other countries. They seem to still exist, and in some cases are a lot happier in terms of what they get for the tax they pay.

I saw a Telegraph article earlier that was arguing that because there has been a big rise in people being prosecuted for posting racist comments on-line it is time to review the relevant law. Alternatively people could just stop posting racist comments on-line.

There are incitement laws, but perhaps they are difficult to get through the courts (I don't know) unless the hate is specific. Either that or they are rarely applied as they should be, sweeping up hate-hobbits by the truckload.

If you want to completely misrepresent, possibly. Meanwhile, vitally important traffic and road markings are being criminally damaged with absolute impunity.
