I'm not sure about that definition anymore. Certainly, structural racism is a thing and is the context in which lots of racism operates. But I don't think it really works to say that, eg, the murderers of Kriss Donald weren't racist killers.

(I don't by the way buy all the "how come we never hear about this?" stuff about this murder- it's fairly well known. And the difference with eg the Lawrence case is that the authorities in Scotland and Pakistan both did their jobs to make sure the killers faced justice).
But Aaron is talking rubbish, The point isn't that having an England flag tattoo is the same as wearing a white power pendant. It's that a lot of white power people appropriate the England flag
