Speaking of Tommeh, from the Grauniad:
More than a hundred people have gathered outside Russell Square before the ‘march against fascism’ counter-protest against the ‘unite the kingdom’ march, featuring far-right activist Tommy Robinson, whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon. Both are being held in central London on Saturday.
According to the PA news agency, people in Russell Square milled around with placards that said “refugees welcome” and “oppose Tommy Robinson”. Chants of “say it loud, say it clear, refugees are welcome here” started at about 11.20am, the news agency reports.
Meanwhile men carrying union jack and St George’s flags were seen sitting outside central London pubs, while others carrying tins of alcohol walked towards the start point of Robinson’s march which will begin near Waterloo Bridge, reports the PA.
Eight police vans – from Warwickshire police, West Midlands police and the Metropolitan police – lined Woburn Street which runs alongside the square.
Note who's getting boozed up.
End of summer punch-up imminent, anyone? Also, why aren't the rozzers using facial recognition this time? After all, it was okay during the Notting Hill Carnival.

Grim news for asylum seekers.
Apparently the patriots have been patriotically blockading St Thomas's Hospital to patriotically prevent ambulances from exiting to treacherously attend compatriots in need of emergency assistance. At least one ambulance returning to St Thomas's Hospital was patriotically attacked and vandalised.
Makes you proud to be British!
Hard to see how the small boat crossings can possibly continue after this.

Police reckon 110k concerned citizens and 5k counter-protestors. Stevie Waxy called it the biggest demonstration ever, which will come as a surprise to the Brexit marches. Given that this was their Big One, they've been planning for months and they've had a perfect storm of circumstances on their side, those figures were always going to reflect badly on the anti-fash. They should have left the bad guys to it and not given them any excuse for the inevitable violence.

Fuck off on one of your rockets to Mars, you ketamine-addled cunt.
Musk made a surprise appearance via videolink, calling for a "change of government".
"You can't - we don't have another four years, or whenever the next election is, it's too long," Musk told the crowd. "Something's got to be done. There's got to be a dissolution of Parliament and a new vote held."

Freeze peach is apparently the purpose of the rally. Or rather repeal the 1986 Public Order Act to give the Lucy Connollys of this world the right to call for people to burn innocent people to death without consequences.

The current nicked tally suggests that few of them were seasoned, septuagenarian terrorists with their battle sandals, packed lunches, and deadly felt-tips.
(Two tier etc etc...)

Bit random, but with the recent assassination in mind, I shudder to think of the "organisations" Musk has left his money to in his will. Lot of damage could be done with that money.

Well, thanks for clarifying that. I was wondering. Most such capital city demos do actually have a purpose, or a point. Anti-apartheid, CND, Stop the Iraq invasion, so on and so on.
But the purpose of this event was rather vague. It seemed to me that it was about what ? The right to bash Pakis ? Racism and hatred as British values ? The right to cable-tie nylon flags to lamp-posts? Brits’ inalienable right to be cunts ?
Ahh. Freeze peach. I see. (No, I don’t). Cunts. Cunts being cunts, violently. Cunts.

Purposely vague in order to tap into whatever grievance any particular thicko might be holding onto.

They haven't given us a moment's peace since Lady Lucy got out of jail, and then this blockhead does this.
Are we still not allowed to brand them stupid, violent, and dangerous?

They are stupid, violent, and dangerous - there you go.
I hear no sirens so it looks like we're allowed.

I see the usual suspects are trying to make comparison between arrest figures at the Notting Hill carnival, arrests at a recent pro Palestine march and arrests at yesterday's festival of fascism.
The problem with such comparisons is that the Notting Hill carnival involved 2 million people and yesterday's gathering had about 150,000 attendees. The police used facial recognition technology at the carnival but didn't use the same technology yesterday even though they knew thousands of convicted thugs would be in attendance.

Everyone seems certain that something is brewing. And when it does, it won't be the left's fault, or migrants, or the government, the courts, the BBC or James O'Brien. It will predominantly down to two men - Stephen Yaxley-Lennon and Nigel Farage. They've been indulged, feted, encouraged. The only thing they haven't been is held to account.
