I see Kemi is so appalling that the Tories have wheeled out an alternative paler warmonger.

Like one of those people you barely remember who shows up on a third rate "celebrity" entertainment show.

Let's give a hearty welcome to Former list MSP, multiple non-exec director, Honorary Colonel (boy-does she love those well paid non-jobs), Baroness and Jimmie Krankie cosplayer: Ruth Davidson.

Ruth's "centre right" opinion involves "Raining down fire on Iran".

Has the entire party lost their minds?

Well, Johnson got rid of the last voices of sanity. The party has been going ever more rotten ever since The Maggon and her shark-toothed monetarists got rid of Ted Heath. Now just the headbangers are left.

I know no one’s taking any notice of her but…. She spent all of last week saying that.

So she could have supported the Government all along, like Labour did with Sunak over Ukraine? What a waste of everyone’s time all that frothing was. Not up to the job.

Seems she made an arse of herself at PMQs. Concentrated on fuel duty raises, and was told every time that they're frozen until at least September. Then went into hypotheticals about u-turns the government might make, or what she would have done if she were psychic.

Well the Kemi last week would have somehow bombed Iran by now.

Kemi said she would have deployed HMS Dragon a week ago (and not faffed around waiting for it to be armed first).

Starmer called for her to apologise for saying to the BBC last week that British troops were “just hanging around” in the Middle East.

She did not.

James O'Brien and Natasha Clark (who's usually quite defensive of Badenoch) reckon that was her worst PMQs...

Gammons don't read Hansard.

Tories don't keep their deposits.

It was going to the Arctic previously for a NATO exercise. Does she think that's unimportant? Her pal Trump didn't exactly give us much notice to change the plan.

I hear she's kicking off about the Bank of England putting animals on new bank notes. Utterly furious all the time.

I'm not generally a fan of asking other politicians to apologize, seems a bit sanctimonious. Everyone gets this wrong or says things that come out wrong. Just tell them they got it wrong.

But Kemi is, well, sanctimonious, herself. So I wholeheartedly support it on this occasion.

There was an American sub-hunter once reduced to throwing potatoes at the gun crew of a surfaced enemy U-boat.

That's Kemi's Navy that is.
That's how she plans to intercept drones.

Mr. John Crace.
This week’s PMQs could just have been Kemi’s worst ever. A low bar. Worse even than last week when she was truly dreadful. Because on Wednesday she didn’t just show she was tin-eared. She showed that she’s not that bright. Mainly because she imagines herself to be an accomplished performer. Someone with all the details at her fingertips. A clever person knows their limitations. Kemi believes she has none.

Why did I just hear Jello Biafra say "Last call for alcohol. Happy hour is now enforced by law"?

Obvious lies.

Never in my lifetime have the Conservatives "tried being nice to everybody".
Not once, not fucking once.

Even after a tragedy like Hillsborough, their reflexes are conditioned to find somebody to kick while they're down.
