I wonder how long it will be before GB News starts to get rid of a few of its presenters so that they can afford Boris Johnson's wages. It would be really funny if some of the presenters who were gloating when he announced he was joining the channel find that they are now surplus to requirements.

Ha ha ha, Neil Oliver has his arse kicked by Crick, is forced to call a commercial break then tells his bosses that he's not happy that they made him do that at all.
Heyy guys, it was a total bummer.

Crick has become a ranting loose cannon in the past few years but glad he’s annoying GBN. Not sure that his claim that he left Ch4 News on a point of principle is entirely correct.

Johnson’s fee is loose change to the station’s bankrollers. Who you can bet have become considerably richer since 2016.

There were lots of pictures on twitter yesterday of Calvin Robinson allegedly being ordained. From what I can make out he has now joined some fringe church in North America. He really does seem to move on from jobs fairly quickly. He's only 38 yet he must have a least a dozen jobs including teaching, tech journalist, broadcaster, fake vicar times 2, a job at the Royal academy of dance etc. Anybody would think that he struggles to get on with his work colleagues.

He was on the board of some school in North West London as well at some point.

Surprising that someone as intelligent and astute as Stephen Fry has appeared on John Cleese's new GBeebies show for twats, Dinosaur Hour.. But there he is.

GB News getting the heavyweight interviews.
Can't be bothered with the audio. Was the questioning ferocious?

Redwood has been an MP for 36 years and has been a complete arsehole the entire time. He's living proof that there should be a cap on the number of years an MP can serve..

Redwood and his Brexit supporting mates have spent the day crowing about trade figures suggesting Brexit has not damaged our ability to trade. Apparently the figures they have been quoting don't take inflation into account so the figures are not as impressive as they seem.

Fox News already a has two cable network rivals, why would American conservatives want to listen to fancy talking limeys?
GB News plans to use Boris Johnson to sell the channel as an “insurgent” online brand to a new audience of conservative US politics addicts, according to an insider
Probably because they think de Piffle still speaks for GB in the same way they think Trump does for them

Not exactly much depth below Bozo and Farage either. Are they planning on sending in Patrick Christys at Number 3?

I'm not really sure that Boris is going to be the ratings hit that GBNews hope he will be. I'm old enough to remember when BBC gave Jeremy Clarkson his own chat show. Everybody thought it would be a success because he had been good on Top Gear but in reality he proved to be piss poor. On his first show he had Jonathan Porritt as a guest, his opening question was a big rant which Porritt responded to with a short concise answer and Clarkson had nowhere to go. I know that the BBC threw loads of money at the show to try and get it to work but it didn't make it to a second series.
I think Johnson will be very similar as a presenter to Clarkson he'll try and provoke his guest but if the guest doesn't bite he will have nowhere to go. Who is going to appear on his show? He might just land an interview with Trump and may be Zelensky but where will he go beyond that?

This irritating account gpes after GB News.
Which avoids tax by the cunning expedient of being massively loss making.

The Brexit leaning television channels are losing heir shit over the reshuffle.
The presenters are losing their shit.
The invited guests are losing their shit.
But for all of it, they're still full of shit.
