Possible explanation of that poll is that Tory voters liked what they heard at conference but floating voters were even more repelled and won’t be messing around at the GE. Carry on.

Sunak seemed to get a bounce in his own ratings mind you Starmer did as well, probably more related to last weeks poll being unusually low for Labour
