The pressure group’s website is now appealing for donations by payment card or US bank account and has a website form for people from around the world to email their politicians to speak out against the WHO, although it does not include an option for people from the UK to email their politicians.

The WHO provides much life saving information, training and resources globally.
The US government has already pulled its support.
If they're sending agents to make extraterritorial attacks (classic USA spook tactics), extra millions will die.

This could be worse than the closure of USaid.

So what is behind this? What is their stated objection to the WHO, and what is their actual, underlying, objection?

Seems pretty standard:

1) Take an existing supranational body and complain it is not representative. See also: the EU. This is the only part of the proposition that will have some merit.
2) Throw in a desire to remove all shackles on thrusting independent nations of thrusting independent men of thrusting independent colour
3) Pretend climate change and pandemics aren't really international issues
4) ????
5) Profit!

So it's just another manifestation of the far right's obsessions: victimhood, hate and greed.

Some people believe that Farage has overplayed his hand in UK politics: questions about donations, houses and the somewhat forgotten issue of phone hacking, coupled with his complete absence from the constituency he is supposed to represent have had people speculating his time as an MP may be over.

Is it likely then that with this new grift - now US-based, where it'd get more traction (and funding) that Farage could be thinking of migrating to the US, or would leaving Blighty be a step too far for him?

He's looking for a way out, isn't he?

Farage has only ever been out to enrich himself and make himself a vast pile of cash. He seems to be well on course to do that , with 5 properties paid for in cash, undeclared “no strings” “gifts” of 5 million knicker from Thai-based crypto currency billionaires, and trousering £270,000 for a few hours “work” for a gold bullion dealer.

He probably wanted to do it by way of becoming Prime Minister, but he’ll probably now settle for abandoning that little project. Ideally, like his chum Boris Johnson, he would have wanted to be in a position to monetise a future position as having been a Prime Minister, but he’ll be able to scrape by without that, no doubt. The cunt might even get his fucking Coutts bank account back.

When he goes - as seems likely - and Reform duly vanishes - as it will - I wonder how many of them will skulk back to the Tories and how many will move on to Restore. Because the last couple of years have certainly emboldened bigotry and parties that the Not Racist But... faction would never have countenanced previously are now looking more amenable.
