My goodness. This is both fascinating and completely ridiculous at one and the same time. Corbyn simply cannot “launch” his own version of a “public enquiry”. Only government can do that. This is at best disingenuous and at worst dishonest news reporting.

EXCLUSIVE: Jeremy Corbyn to launch public inquiry into UK’s role in Gaza war this September

What it would actually seem to be is yet another Corbynite/Stop Some Wars rally.
Mr Corbyn will be the leading figure behind the Chilcot-style inquiry, which will scrutinise the government’s political, diplomatic, and military entanglements with Israel since the escalation of violence in Gaza.
Quelle surprise. In other words, it’s just something that Corbyn could perfectly well have achieved as a member of parliament in the House of Commons. It’s Corbyn’s agenda entirely. A completely fatuous publicity stunt.

What a waste of time. The man is quite disgusting.

He's probably "launching a public enquiry" in the way that Reform do on GB News.

"Public enquiry" aka "a Stop The War rally"

Item one: Should Starmer be executed for war crimes?
Item two: Should Israel be eradicated and be replaced by an Iranian protectorate?

All in favour sing "Oh Jeremy Corbyn"

How, will this enquiry be conducted? I assume it won't have any legal powers to complete witnesses.

He'll have everyone except those that actually know what's going on only to eager to contribute.

It's a well-known fact on the left that the RAF has been refuelling Israeli aircraft from Cyprus. A well known fact that is, obviously, complete and utter bollocks.

I believe you mean "compel" or even "summon" rather than "complete".

The answers to your questions are "partially" and "no".

You missed out that the refuelling aircraft targeted were actually used to bomb Gazan hospitals - probably piloted by Keir Starmer and Tony Blair. And Shergar.

Meanwhile, the only RAF involvement was to send a couple of transports (airliners in warpaint) to Israel to bring back British civilians.

This is totally unacceptable and is concrete proof that Kid Starver has Palestinian blood on his hands.

Fake News!!

The RAF have delivered thousands of tons of aid to Gaza, most (all?) of it flown from Brize Norton.
Typical empty gesture politics! Why can't they do something to really help the Gazans - like organising a demo in London?
