As there’s an annual one percent net gain to Remainer demographics that 72 percent becomes 28% of the electorate by 2026.
Unless my maths are wrong that's a 15% swing, which is pretty impressive.

This week the government sent a pissed backbencher on QT. As you’d expect Johnny Mercer is a boorish rugger bugger twat you avoid at Clapham Junction on Twickenham match days.

Can’t fucking help themselves, Farage hardly even gabbering under the Reform banner for this election.

I don't think I can summon the moral fibre needed to watch a QT with Farage and Morgan on the panel.

As the guests are presumably booked well in advance I wonder if they got Farage on expecting him to have just announced he was standing.

I have no inside track, but I very much doubt that the headline "acts" are booked that far in advance. It is a current affairs programme so they need to be of the hour. Needless to say, if you're a frog-faced fascist, none of the above applies to your perpetual berth.

I just realised I was talking more nonsense than usual - they didn't know about the election until last week, so perhaps they booked him a few days ago in case he made the announcement in the meantime.

Libdems, Greens and SNP (all with elected MPs) must be spitting tacks at being overlooked for Falange and Moron.

Why on Earth has the BBC invited Farage on?, asks a perplexed Nigel Farage. QT has long ceased to be a serious current affairs but could they have given it a rest for a GE? No.
Looking forward to Ch4’s election night coverage.

That's interesting.
The boarding school millionaires are keeping 30p Lee on a very short leash.
What's the problem?
Hasn't he finished the "hide your power level" training yet.
(i.e. Risk he'll spout the unsanitized agenda).

Fargle can get very cagey and ready to hit the lawyer on speedial - especially when his big old liberty boat is disappearing over the horizon with him not on it.
Anderson on the other hand, guaranteed secondary views as he says something provocative.

Fiona Bruce said in the programme that they invited Lee Anderson, Reform refused and sent Farage instead.
The exchange was quite funny.
Bruce, noting that Farage wasn't standing, asked him "What are you doing here?"
"You asked me"
"No we didn't, we wanted Lee Anderson"
On a separate but related note.
Some of you may recall that I mentioned a few days ago that I felt dirty for laughing at a Dorries joke...well it's happened again!
This time the cause was when I (silently) cheered Piers Morgan last night for calling for a second Brexit referendum now we can all see what a shitshow it is. The absolute bastard.
Edited for the correction it was Lee Anderson they wanted, not Tice.
