I believe a few years back HM Armed Forces had to issue “if a woman says no….its rape” advice
Judging by his thoughts on the legacy of the Troubles, historic crimes in general, and the concept of rules of engagement, I'd say his attitude towards Our Boys is that they can do whatever they want.
Except live near him.
