The statement is still up. This is all apparently an embarrassment for Starmer.
And Kemi Badenoch thinks this is something she should latch onto for short term gain at time of a national crisis?

Saw a clip on Facebook earlier, with some American commentator saying that Trump is dialling back on Greenland, and according to insiders, it's due to Starmer very bluntly telling him what he's risking.
Accuracy, I don't know. But always worth remembering that opinion of our PM internationally is very much better than the British media would have you think.

Trump's u-turn on the Chagos Islands are clearly lines being fed via Farage's people to have a dig at Starmer. And Badenoch joins in at this time of national crisis, they're a fucking disgrace. Did we see Starmer play these games when Boris Johnson was on the streets of Kiev standing by Ukraine? Of course not, Keir gave his full backing in the national interest.
I suggested as much on the Kemi thread. Also, with him showing no interest in the machinery behind Nathan Gill, it's time for MI5 to take a far closer look as Farage's doings.
They are supposed to be quite good at that kind of thing.
That would be a shocking thing to happen to a "leading" domestic political figure, but that is where we are - the now evident Trump / Putin alliance is tightening its grip on Europe and the UK.

The bigger the patriot, the more they hate Britain.

Don't see any evidence of Trump's retreat or him cowering in the face of his respect for tough talking Starmer.
Maybe Europe's "quiet diplomacy" is a ruse to make Gav4Prez look good.

I'm afraid I have more sympathy with the replies to that post. The Democrats have been utterly fucking useless arseholes since 2020 and continue to be. They are every bit as much to blame as Trump.
Cunts. Especially Newsom. All gob and no action.

Scott Bessent says Denmark is "irrelevant". Maybe Denmark should stop selling insulin to you Yanks? At least you'll lose weight before you die.

Telegraph have a piece up completely ignoring anything said about Chagos last year, thats the level of the press nowadays.
Gav should have saved his attack for Congress and that Noble peace prize winner.

Fucking hell, Monday was a long day.
The cunt has only gone and invited both Putin and Lukashenko on to his Board of Bigly Peace for Gaza. (No greasy A-rabs or oven-dodgers, obviously.)
Apparently Netanyahu is going to join now.

I can remember a time when the USA stood against the "axis of evil", not invited the cunts to form a new one.

Hang on... the BBC being (slightly) critical of Trump?
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cd9ez1nj3n3o
At the start of his one hour and 12 minute meandering address, President Trump boasted that at home "people are very happy with me".

To the British, a ‘ Gentleman ' is a man who is modest, well-mannered, self deprecating, quietly intelligent, considerate of other people’s feeling, and well-informed.
He is not vulgar, inflated, vain, boastful, noisily ignorant, sleazy and common as muck

Apparently Trump has now dropped his threat of tariffs against countries that oppose his takeover of Greenland. Is this just another money making scam on the part of Trump? When he announced the tariffs stock markets took a big hit and presumably tomorrow they will all bounce back again tomorrow and anybody with any insider information will have made rather a lot of money.
