Great effort by Rishi the egghead numbers man here. Surely Labour can't refuse to scrap the 2 child limit, can it?

This is all feeling a bit like the Carswell-Reckless era, except Rishi doesn't have the "EU Ref" card.

Is Rishi still saying Starmer's "funded by Just Stop Oil", or whatever it was?

That was last month. It's the Refugee's Friend now.

Sunak's now on to "vote to send a message". To the Opposition leader, who is "arrogant".
Absolutely beyond parody.
Sunak urges voters to send message to 'arrogant' Keir Starmer during England's local elections
The prime minister has urged voters to send a message to Keir Starmer during May’s local elections, telling supporters at a bus depot in Derbyshire that Starmer was “arrogantly taking the British people for granted” and “assuming that he can just stroll into Number 10 without saying what he would do”.

Last person to use that as an election slogan was Mr T. Robinson, as I recall.

Mr T. Robinson
Who? Not Tony Time Team presumably.

Not sure “Starmer thinks he can just stroll in to Downing Street” is quite the right line for Rishi.

Tommeh. Or Steven Yaxley-Lennon or whatever he's now calling himself. His slogan at the 2019 Euro elections (he stood as an independent in the North West and got his arse handed to him) was "Send Brussels a message they'll never forget".

Richie mate, they are local elections, people are voting to get their bins emptied on time and potholes filled in. You know, all those councils that your party has starved of funding for 14 years. Read the fucking room

I think it was a Kent MP whose constituents drive into London and might get caught by ULEZ who proposed changing the law.
If Labour win the election, they ought to impost ULEZ on this MPs constituency on the grounds that people in London go there and deserve to breathe better air.

How about
"Tetchy mate, small man syndrome didn't 'deliver' for Buonoparte, or Hitler.
Fuck right off, take your racist helicopter with you and don't come back".
