As I put on the other thread, Steven Barrett, the world's worst legal commentator, has also left his employer. I smell a rat- have both been offered wingnut welfare?

Matt Goodwin is now no longer employed by the University of Kent, and so is no longer a professor of anything.
Thoughts and prayers at this difficult time etc
Out of interest what happened?
UKC politics dept has a pretty dodgy record what with the RCP / Marxism Spiked bunch and then Goodwin.
They really need a bit more due diligence in their selection process.

Matt could try Cardiff University who employ Patrick Minford. Like Matt, Professor Pat can’t help himself making baseless predictions despite nearly always being wrong.

This week Matt’s concerned there won’t be enough people in the UK. Well not exactly, he’s worried the darkies will outbreed white people. The nativist natalist.
Here are two shocking facts about Britain’s population that you might have missed in recent weeks.
The first is that deaths now outnumber births. For the first time in half a century, there are more funerals than baby celebrations.
The second is that our nation’s fertility rate has now plunged to 1.44, which is the lowest since records began, in 1938.
Although the UK does not gather fertility rate by ethnicity, we also know that women born in the UK have ‘half a child’ less than those born outside.
Our majority community could be close to halving every generation, which will radically transform our country. https://www.mattgoodwin.org/p/britains- ... is-we-need

He better get shagging to make it up…
Though frankly the thought of him and sex repulses me.

I'm not Tim's biggest fan, but fair play here.
Montgomerie and Goodwin:
Noddy against Big Ears - Enid Blyton's final dystopia.
I know I've responded to a very old post.
I take breaks, I miss stuff.

Looks like producing polls that sway to GBNews's viewpoint has done good for Goodwin as
they've given him a permanent gig as a presenter
Author, political commentator and pollster Professor Matthew Goodwin will join GB News as a permanent presenter in 2025, presenting State of the Nation on a Wednesday, Thursday and Friday night. Jacob Rees Mogg will continue as the show’s host on Monday and Tuesday.

Tell me GBN isn't just a bung to otherwise full-time activists.

The thought occurs that maybe Musk will put his money into GBN as a means of channeling it to Deform

Goodwin's still going hard for Starmer Southport Cover Up.
The attack happened 3 1/2 weeks after Starmer become PM. If stuff's being covered up, it's likely to be stuff from when Badenoch's pals were in charge. How do you explain that? Uniparty, nice one. I see they've announced a public enquiry too, that's exactly what you do when you're covering something up.

I assume they will claim that’s a cover up when it turns out Labour had nothing to hide.
This type of scumbag wanted a full trial to wank themselves silly over.

The populist right thought this tragedy would be a slamdunk to exploit but appear to lose the narrative at every turn. Goodwin is no longer employed in academia and is now just a pundit. Giving him more freedom to post disingenuous bad tempered rants like this. They all understand what subjudice and contempt of court is but choose to pretend not to in order to herd racist morons into their corner.
