I was speaking about my experience because Malcolm was suggesting that I'd had experiences which I have not.
I've never been asked if I clapped for the NHS and I've not heard of anyone being harassed for not doing it. I'm amazed that it would anger the Gammon who, I would assume, would be against those woke doctors and nurses with all their fancy book learning and do-gooder caring and that.

It is a matter of record that television sales rocketed in the period prior to the coronation. For many people it was the first time they ever watched TV, crammed into a neighbour's front room. It seems to me that the experience of watching telly for the first time was at least as important as what it was that they were watching.
