I'm just relieved that they've, so far, managed to restrain themselves from commenting on Charlotte's appearance in the way they salivated over Suri Cruise when she was that age.

To be fair, a lot of the slack-jawed mouth breathers will lap up knowing what people who despise them waste their wealth on at Christmas whilst they, the piss-stained proles feast on stale bread and value baked beans. It's what they think of as aspirational.

I see the Mail on Sunday is ending the year with another fight against working from home.

And also "working from the beach".

Or, as normal people call it, working while caring for a sick or dying relative who lives in another country.

For some bizarre reason, journalists always equate any form of work that doesn't have you breaking out in a sweat, or under constant supervision, as somehow shirking.

Bit like how to them, expenses always comes with fiddle attached.

When he first started on the subject, he admitted that he WFHs and mails his copy in, and maybe only has a handful of visits to Northcliffe Towers in a year. But apparently he had earned the right, so it didn't count as hypocrisy.

-7 outside and fuel costs double what they were a year ago.

That's what's sending a shiver down our spines.

As Spike Milligan would observe; “Grovelling little bastard.”
But while the King at 75 is at an age where such procedures can be expected and must be faced, Kate exudes youth and grace.
She is 42, a birthday she reached only last week, but given her toned and trim figure that she keeps supremely fit running in Windsor Great Park, she could pass for someone ten years younger.
Everything she does seems to take no effort at all. And yet she is a future queen who, it can safely be said, has secured the long-term future of the monarchy – not just through her three delightful children but by that indispensable brand of Middleton magic she has brought to her marriage. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/debate/arti ... pines.html

In what sense are Royal resources "threadbare"?

Come to that, what do they mean by "Royal resources" anyway?

Two members of a family, one of them elderly, have medical conditions. I'd call that predictable and entirely normal.

I guess they mean "how do we keep the schedule of opening things without having to call on the nonce or the ginge or his awful wife?".

Prince Edward and his missus have apparently been call upon to step up. Like drafting in Zeppo Marx to do the musical number. I’d be surprised anyone under 45 has a clue who Ed and Sophie are and predict that won’t change.

They turn up and people think that Robert Rinder's let himself go, and hang on, isn't Jill Dando supposed to be dead?
