Is that the Museum of London (Docklands)? Lovely spot.

Dock Beach is to the East, nearer to Canning Town and the new City Hall. Or rather it won't be if Susan Hall wins.

That's St Katherine's Dock.

Or, as some would have it, a foetid shithole.

With this rather nice statue

Definitely St Katherine's Dock. I used to walk through there twice a day to and from work in St Thomas More Street for a number of years.

London Mayor wasting money on... events attended by lots of people. The beach party thing was luanched in 2013 by Bozo.

Given the Mayoral budget these figures are loose change down the back of the sofa.

No mention of a previous office holder spending £51m on a bridge that was never built. Now that is proper waste.

Call £51m proper waste? Try £300m for the Bozo Bus.

Hall closes the gap on headline numbers. If there were a year to go, not 3 weeks, she might have a chance.

London Standard have probably done Labour a favour with that headline today.

They are worse for her than the Survation figures which I said was probably close to the expected result.

Khan will probably cut into the LD and Green figures on the back of this. If she had a year she would be utterly destroyed because people may get to know her.

What's the headline?

Might be a good thing for increasing international investment in the provinces if a moron like Susan Hall was mayor of London.

Novel tactic here.

The LD leaflets are tying themselves in knots, I got one that didn’t mention the mayor at all, now I got one saying voting Labour is like voting Tory around here.

Lib Dems say the letter from Steve Tuckwell MP is ‘a clear admission that the Conservatives have given up on winning in London’ https://www.standard.co.uk/news/london/ ... 52604.html

Given up mayoral hopes for their party, you say.
I was a Liberal Democrat candidate for London Mayor, but this is why I now back Sadiq Khan

Well she was but as I said their leaflets give off this air as well.

I’ve had about 14, the last one actually told me who their candidate was.

Jus a reminder I’m in Ed Davey’s constituency

Ha ha ha. Susan's never heard of public transport or postal votes.

Is she seeing some polling that suggests ULEZ is a winner? Wouldn't she be better banging away at crime in as many different ways as she can?

I'm thinking of an FOI request to find out how many people are charged on a daily basis. I suspect it's very few - certainly no-one I know.
