AFAIK, it's decriminalisation not legalisation (maybe that's a cop-out, maybe it's not), which would also apply to tobacco.

I don't really know about holiday makers/daytrippers because I avoid the seafront and town centre during high season. As the nearest seaside resort, WsM has been a popular destination for Brummies ever since the railway came here in1841.![]()
