Sorry to hear of Carole’s libel woes especially as Banks didn’t go for the publishers. He’s had expensive lawyers trawling everything CC has done and said. All the reason to be more careful as we know rich people can rinse you even a frivolous libel claim. We now know which pieces of her work aren’t defamatory.
