When I first Ant Middleton's face on a book, I thought he was Ant from Ant and Dec, who I dimly recalled having struggled with depression and alcohol abuse. I though growing a beard and looking hard was something to do with that.

I happemed upon an army message board a while ago. Mr Middleton wasn't popular. By contrast another TV soldier called Foxy (Jason Fox) was universally respected.

Ant Middleton did have a trasnport policy for London mind, it's just a shame for him that it is exactly the same as TFL.
