It is rather ironic that those who are most opposed to palm oil happen to be utter wankers.

All sorts of anti-scientific bollocks about plant oils being bad, and animal fat is great.
Anybody checking coronary health outcomes across the UK would rubbish it in seconds.

I have a mate who seemingly gets all his medical advice from Yanks* on YouTube and for a while now he's been banging on about how grains are bad for you and so are any seed oils. Despite him telling me he's massively dairy intolerant, he says he eats at least half a pat of butter a day (because fats rather than carbs) and lots of salt too. Unsurprisingly, he ain't in great health himself but he'll tell everyone else they're doing it wrong.
He must be a GP's nightmare.
*A giveaway, to me anyway - when did you ever hear a GP refer you for a "blood panel"? It's a phrase he repeatedly uses.
I put seed oil into a hot pan and it smoked.
Imagine what that's doing to your insides.

But yeah, seems like a laugh. How does one get started?
Sharon Osbourne has declared she will be attending a Tommy Robinson rally that’s been organised to oppose immigration. How long has she lived in the USA now?...
Last year, the far-right activist and founder of the English Defence League organised a Unite the Kingdom rally that saw more than 100,000 people turn out in London.
The event sparked several incidents of violent disorder that also left some police officers injured.
In the months since there have been several more similar rallies organised, with the next set to take place next month.
This week, Robinson shared a video on social media in which he spoke about May 16 marking the date ‘Britain rises and reunites’.
‘It’s the date the world hears our roar, and that we have had enough of migration and mass immigration and the oppression from a tyrannical government,’ he said.
