Your Party

I'm starting a new thread here because the Fruit and Nut Party are currently being discussed in 'The Government' section, which is wholly inappropriate as these twats aren't part of the government and never will be.
Cat-herders attempt the impossible
Jeremy Corbyn and Zarah Sultana’s party has proposed a ban on internal factionalism.
The hard-Left group, launched in July and provisionally named Your Party, has almost collapsed several times because of disputes between its co-founders.
But a newly published draft constitution, outlining the party’s ideology and proposed organisational strategy, appears to beg members not to fight among themselves.
The document, published on Friday, states: “Appointed staff shall refrain from factional or political activity internal to the party”...

Does anyone really believe this will work? A loony-left Party which won't factionalise? Seriously?

The Death of Stalin wasn't a fucking training film.

Translation: Obey Jeremy, do not contradict him.

If they boot out all dissenters promptly, it will.
Factionalisation requires factions.

Here you go. People coming to watch a football match need to be stopped at the airport and investigated for war crimes, because they're basically still soldiers.
The UK Government did quite a bit that pissed off Israel, though it could have done more. Perhaps if Zarah recognized that and didn't talk like Lammy and Starmer were virtually flying bombing raids themselves, the whole atmosphere around the subject might be considerably less bad than it is?
Zarah Sultana
(Coventry South) (Ind)
Maccabi Tel Aviv’s racist fan hooliganism cannot be separated from Israeli militarism. Many of these fans—[Interruption.] Many of these fans are active or former soldiers who have taken part in Israel’s genocide in Gaza. They should be investigated for war crimes the moment they set foot on British soil, not welcomed into our stadiums. Let us be clear: this Labour Government are no innocent bystander. They have armed Israel’s genocide, they have provided diplomatic cover and they have shamefully denied that genocide is even taking place. So I ask the Minister: is there anything this Labour Government will not do to defend the genocidal apartheid state of Israel?

How is that any different to the Far-Right implying that all Muslims are terrorists?

How exactly are we supposed to investigate them for war crimes? Will a special tribunal consisting of Zarah, Jeremy, and Ayoub Khan decide of their guilty or not?

Because like a lot that the fars-right and -left say, it isn't.

She just wants Israelis banned from visiting Britain. Or perhaps just the Zionist ones.

Given the majority of Israeli people have served in the IDF or the government at one point or other (due to National Service), this would mean the bulk of Israeli passengers at airports being taken to one side and singled out.
Fuck it, fucking Delta Force wasn't a training film either. In fact, when a fucking Chuck Norris film points out the implications of something 40 fucking years ago (and yes I know, Israel was very cagey about letting in any German tourists in certain age brackets), chances are you haven't thought this through.

Just another slice of supporting evidence that Zarah Sultana is properly, turnip-grade stupid.

Yeah, they want a special ban for Israelis, because they're all guilty. She doesn't even pretend that it's a ban on an unprecedentedly dangerous football firm.
The idea that everybody who serves in a military should be prosecuted for war crimes is such obvious bullshit too.

And dangerous. It's hard to see this stuff as anything less. It's a mirror of culture war on the right, with everything turned up to 11 for an angry base, leveraged to a wider narrative, and never mind the consequences. The beneficiary of trying to wind up a big chunk of the public like this may not be Palestine.

That goal shouldn't have counted.
Anyhow, she left the small part out about this Labour Government also being the same Labour government she was happy to be part of when it was getting her elected as a member of parliament.
Her comments are grotesque quite frankly, her whip was removed after she voted against keeping the 2 child benefit restriction, I generally felt the government was wrong to do that but she showed no interest at any point in resigning prior to that on principle.
Want a peaceful two state solution, ignore most of those who shout the loudest on eithier side for starters.

She doesn't even know she's doing it. It's a classic of the genre of thinking you can say anything because you're on the right side. If fans of Maccabi Tel Aviv are basically war criminal until proven otherwise, does that apply to every young Israeli man and woman?
There's not even the pretence that this is primarily a public order issue with her.

Jez's position may be disingenuous nonsense,, but he at least gets off the train a couple of stops before Zarah, who doesn't so much crash into the station buffers as plough through WH Smith and the taxi rank as well.

It's a n actual photo that's been colourised.
I can't remember the details but it was an incident at one of the Paris stations where the train failed to stop, crashed through the buffers, and ended up as you see it above.

World's oldest teenager speaks.
The trains's not even stopped at the taxi rank. It's taken out the Royal Festival Hall and the National Film theatre as well.
