Odd - I could have sworn that Fabricunt had signed up with Farage. But I checked, and Mickey attributed his defeat (by Labour) in 2024 to Farage’s gang nicking votes off him, so he’s not best pleased with them.

I do wonder why they accepted his membership. Having a discredited and fraudulent former minister hardly looks like they're breaking the mould.

See the Littlejohn thread. Apparently he brings real experience of the top level of politics. He's a political heavyweight to join 'respected political thinker' Danny Kruger.

Dim Tim's having a hard time persuading the headbangers that the odd one's alright.

There is an interesting By-election coming up in Derbyshire on Thursday. I think a Reform councillor has resigned and the by-election to replace him is this week. Reform won big in the county council elections last May but they have done less well in recent by-elections.

What makes this weeks contest interesting is that Reform are up against Advance UK lead by Ben Habib. Reform's popularity in the county has dropped recently because they have cut services and they are planning to increase council tax. The area where the by-election is taking place is a hot bed for right wing extremism so the vote could prove very close.

Stupid is as stupid does

A former Conservative councillor has defected to Reform UK, saying he was "really impressed" by the party's leader.

Councillor John Cook-Woodman, who has represented Highbridge and Burnham South for more than 16 years, has defected to Reform UK, which now holds three seats on Somerset Council.

Cook-Woodman said he believes the party's leader Nigel Farage has great purpose, adding: "He's never been thrown off one way or the other. And I'm really impressed with that."

"Never been thrown off"?

Is that like being wanked off?

I see that Fargle has been teasing that a “big Labour figure” is going to be the next defector to come aboard the Racist Ship Nigel.

Any guesses?

My money is on Maurice Glasman, or Graham Stringer. Both massive enough cunts.

Seeing the back of both of them would be welcome. Did Farage say it was an MP? If not it could be a Johnson collaborator in the Lords like Hoey or Mann.

It will be interesting to see how the likes of Lee Anderson react to being pushed down the Reform pecking order by the recent arrivals from the Tory Part. Anderson already gets over looked for TV appearances with Zia Yusuf and Laila Cunningham getting the gigs ahead of him.
