Farage apparently announced them as shadow roles. He couldn't be arsed to learn procedure in the EP so he probably hasn't bothered in Westminister either.

Hence Farage was in the media today. I don’t think the Lib Dem’s would get rolling coverage of announcing some internal appointments. I don’t even think the actual Opposition would.
