Speaker Hoyle reveals he grassed Mandy up to the Bill after hearing he was about to leg it to the British Virgin Islands. It all sounds a bit melodramatic, its a UK colony not Panama.
News Agents are creaming themselves. Emily did an interview with Andrew don't you know.

The Newsagents has gone downhill rapidly, it's only Jon Sopel that makes it bearable these days. They seem to have a massive chip on their shoulder about The Rest Is Politics attracting more listeners than them and decided the answer is sensationalist clickbait shite.

Yes - and Goodall is now the worst. He and Maitlis seem to have something personal against Starmer.

Leaving the BBC isn't all its cracked up to be. As any defector to ITV with a fat salary but insecure contract will tell you.
A few like Adrian Chiles are lucky enough to quietly creep back.

It's fucking trash.
All about "who played the press best" without a concern for policy, honesty or successful delivery.

Let's see who won at Yarr Boo Sucks this week.

I've just watched a Newsnight special. The whole programme was devoted to Victoria Derbyshire interviewing six Epstein survivors. It was predictably stomach churningly grim and yet compelling and as an exemplar of how to make such a programme, superb.
Only the BBC could have got the tone right.

Edit: I've just read that it's already been nominated for a BAFTA.

I've no doubt The Telegraph and Mail will be furiously attacking it tomorrow. There'll be the usual accusations of bias, calls for dismissals, abolition of the licence fee etc. I expect Farage and Badenoch will also have something to say.

I urge you to watch it for yourselves.
