Well, yes. If it was up to me he’d be boiled alive in his own pish (no, make that somebody else’s pish), but it’s not up to me.

Preferably the stuff that, to quote the Sleaford Mods, is "...so strong it smells like decent bacon".

Farage’s excuses just don’t make any sense. He claims that the 5 million quid “gift” that he trousered from Christopher Harborne and neglected to declare just weeks before he announced his decision to supplant Richard Tice as leader of Reform and run for parliament was “nothing to do with politics”, but was intended to fund his personal security for the rest of his (hopefully brief) life - because, as he falsely claims, he is the most targeted politician on the planet. But the sole reason he supposedly needs this lavish provision of personal security is entirely to do with his involvement in politics, over the last 33 fucking years, and continuing to this very day.

The frog-faced fascist is a grifter and a liar, and not even a very good liar.

Yes, this is slightly conspiracy theory stuff, but not all conspiracy theories are bollocks .
The former deputy leader of Reform UK Ben Habib has just made a major allegation on a livestream:
That billionaire Richard Harborne allegedly paid Nigel Farage £1 million and Boris Johnson £1 million back in 2019 to persuade the Brexit Party to stand down candidates, effectively clearing the path for Johnson’s 80-seat majority.
And it doesn’t stop there.
The claim is that the undisclosed £5 million “gift” in 2024 was payment for Farage to take over Reform UK and stand in Clacton.
So the question is simple:
Where is Farage’s £5 million REALLY coming from?
After receiving a so-called “no strings attached” £5 million gift from an overseas billionaire with reported links to Putin-linked sanction evasion networks and pro-Russian propagandists, Farage suddenly decides to stand as an MP, yet doesn’t declare the money, despite the 12-month disclosure rule.
If this is true, it’s not just dodgy. It’s a potential national security issue.
We need MI5 to follow the money.
Nathan Gill got caught and jailed. Maybe others will too.
Meanwhile the media are obsessed with Zack Polanski’s council tax while this major story gets brushed under the carpet!
Nigel Farage given undisclosed £5m by crypto billionaire... but sure, let’s talk about potholes instead.
This allegation basically says Farage was paid personally to avoid standing candidates widely, ensuring the right-wing vote wasn’t split and Boris Johnson had a clear run.
Nothing “fair and square” about that.
And don’t expect much from the BBC either.
John McAndrew, founding editorial director of GB News, became BBC Director of News Programmes in late 2022/early 2023, responsible for editorial direction of major BBC news output including Breakfast and the main bulletins.
Connect the dots.
Follow. The. Money.

Farage has always claimed that he isn't a politician, he's just a normal bloke like the rest of us. He said it when he was a serial election loser, he said it when he was an MEP and he's trying to say it now.

Even if the Kremlin confess straight out they bankroll Farage and Brexit, would it even rank higher on the media news cycle than fictious nonsense about Corbyn being a Czech agent?

It's been front page of the BBC News web site all day, and was second story on the 6pm news. The idea that the BBC won't cover it is bollocks.

The story is that the Parliamentary Standards Commissioner is launching an inquiry in to the one which, for almost a week, they have largely ignored as if it had been on a cruise.

I once read a novel (I think it was one of the Flashman series) where the hero said that if a fifth Gospel was discovered which provided irrefutable proof that Christ had survived the crucifixion and become a white slave trader it wouldn't affect Christianity a whit, because basically Christians believe what they want to believe.

Equally, if you've bought into the cult of Farage and you've discounted the lies, grift and corruption we already know about, what's another five million?

Yep. "Farage, eh? What a lad! He's only doing what you or I would do, given the chance." is priced into the whole cult.
