UK prosecutors say 21 charges authorised against Tate brothers

Prosecutors in the UK have confirmed for the first time they have authorised 21 charges against Andrew and Tristan Tate, including rape, actual bodily harm and human trafficking.

The Crown Prosecution Service said that it had authorised the charges against the brothers in 2024, before an extradition warrant was issued to bring them back from Romania.

Are they still out in America? I remember that the Florida law wanted to investigate them when they went over from Romania so I'd imagine they would've scarpered from there.

They're back in Romania.
A week or so after their move to Florida, the state raised charges against them.

Current status:
1. Undergoing due process in Romania (Not looking so rosy since Putin's man lost the election there).
2. Subject to extradition to the UK.
