In the 90s a bridge over the M1 near Northampton bore the message "Kevin's Dad's a bender" for over a decade. I used to drive under it fairly regularly and pondered about Kevin, his Dad, the painter and why it never got cleaned off when other graffiti didn't survive that long. Finally the bridge got painted but within a couple of weeks someone had repainted the message copying the original's style, despite myself, I couldn't help but smile to see it back.
That was over 20 years ago and I no-longer use that stretch of the M1, I wonder if it's still there?

Up there with "M. Kahn is bent" that used to be seen on the approach to King's Cross by train, I seem to recall.

The flagwankers get very angry if you explain that Tommy Ten Names is an immigrant who lives in Spain on a Paddy passport. Where he and his family excercise free movement rights he doesn’t believe Brits should be entitled to.

"Billy Cunt" was a song on All Mod Cons*

* A Long Playing disc by The Jam, M'lud
** The Jam were a popular beat group of the New Wave genre.
*** There is no song called "Billy Cunt" on that LP (that was just my joke), there is however a song called "Billy Hunt" which, when performed live, famously sounded like they were singing "Silly Cunt".
