There's a section of road on what used to be the A16 between Stamford and Spalding in fen land that is now starting to collapse at the edges, making it quite unsafe especially for both HGVs and cyclists.

So, to address this, Lincolnshire Council (a Reform council) hasn't decided to repair it... but instead, reduce the speed limit by 10mph.

Reform are basically the party of managed decline. Which given the physical state of Farage is clearly a policy they model on their leader.
