He talks about "bilateral lobbying". Bi-lateral implies two sides negotiating, not one side being pestered by a man and a dog, who are completely ignored by the country they say they're lobbying for. Do we really think eg India (who are on the committee) are "lobbying" Craig?
There are 24 countries on the Decolonization Committee. By my count, 9 of them are former British colonies. They may have a different view of Scotland's relationship with colonialism to Craig. I wonder what they'll make of Scotland having just elected a big majority of MPs from the "colonial" parties.
